User Flow

In this section, we will share the user flow and explain how the front-end works to have a better big picture.

Here is a scenario when customer sign-up as a member from a membership website:

1. Sign-Up/Login

Customers can register as members to join the program. Once registered, members can log in at any time to access their account and redeem rewards.

2. Welcome Points (if applicable)

After signing up, members will receive their welcome points (if available) to kickstart their loyalty journey.

3. Earn Points

(i) Spending Points:  Receive points based on the amount spent.

(ii) Voucher Redeem Points: Redeem vouchers that contain products or points (or both).

(iii) Custom Points: Earn points by completing certain actions, such as reading an article, taking a photo, and more.

4. Points Redemption

There are 2 types of redemption

(i) Direct Product Redemption: Members can use their points to exchange for products directly in the store. To redeem, members present their QR code, which the staff scans to complete the transaction.

(ii) Voucher Redeem: Members can redeem their points for vouchers.
