Loyalty Points

In our backend system, every member’s point usage history is recorded. Businesses can view this information within an individual member’s profile to understand their behavior or analyze it from a holistic perspective.

To better understand specific members, especially high-value ones such as VIPs or repeat purchasers, businesses can easily view their individual points transactions. This helps businesses identify what their VIPs prefer (by analyzing their redemptions) and understand their behavior (how they earn points), enabling them to offer targeted promotions.

The Loyalty Voucher Report (Loyalty > Points Transactions) provides a complete history of the loyalty program. Businesses can request support from the IT team to include additional details in the report, such as reward transactions and more.
