Introduction of Merchant Webapp

KlikNGo Merchant Webapp helps store staff manage daily O2O store operations through a centralized store operation tool

It supports key in-store actions such as managing memberships, inviting or registering members, issuing and redeeming rewards, processing voucher redemption, voiding vouchers, settling in-store payments, and viewing individual or overall member transaction and points history.

Store Access – Add Store User

Store users are staff accounts created for a specific store, branch, or department.

Merchants can assign store users with access limited to the selected store’s admin panel and backend settings. This helps control staff permissions, avoid confusion between branches, and make daily operations easier to manage.

To check the store user list, click the “View Details” button.

Main Features

After login, staff can select the relevant branch and start using the available merchant tools.

Scan Features

Scan Feature helps store staff quickly identify the correct membership account, gift card, member card, or voucher before processing any action. It helps staff avoid selecting the wrong record and makes in-store redemption, point adjustment, balance usage, membership checking, and transaction registration faster and more accurate.

Activate Voucher

Activate Voucher helps store staff process member voucher usage quickly and accurately. It is useful when members want to use one or multiple vouchers during an in-store visit. This reduces manual checking, speeds up the redemption process, and helps ensure the correct vouchers are activated for the right member.

Member Search/Registration

Member Search/Registration helps store staff quickly find an existing member account or support new member registration. It makes member lookup easier and allows staff to help customers register on the spot when they are not yet a member.

Member Profile

Member Profile helps store staff manage and review each customer’s membership activity from one place. It allows staff to confirm the correct member before handling membership actions, rewards, redemption, or transaction-related requests.

 

📌Tips: From an individual member profile, staff can view the member’s details and manage member-related actions, including issuing or redeeming rewards, voiding vouchers, adjusting points, managing stamp rewards, purchasing gift cards, registering transactions, processing payment with member card or gift card balance, and checking the member’s own transaction and points history.

View History

View History helps store staff check past member activities by individual member or across all members. It helps staff verify previous actions, review records, and support daily operation checking when needed.

Store staff can access Settings for platform information and user guidance.
