Store Settings

Merchants can assign store-specific users with access limited to the admin panel and backend settings of a particular store. This helps control staff permissions by branch or department, preventing any overlap or confusion in operations. You can check the all user list of the store by clicking the “All User” button.

Merchant can setup voucher eligibility for each store. Certain product or discount vouchers can only be used in specific stores.

Merchant can also setup a passcode for staff to enter when validating any voucher. This passcode acts as a security measure and allows merchants to track which branch redeemed the voucher. However, setting a passcode is optional.
