Gift Card Balance Payment

The Gift Card Balance Payment feature allows store staff to use a member’s gift card balance to settle in-store payment. It ensures the correct gift card balance is deducted and keeps a clear usage record for future checking.

📌Tips: If the member has more than one gift card, staff can select which gift card balance to use based on the customer’s request. If the total consumption amount is higher than one gift card balance, staff can select multiple gift cards to complete the payment.

Purchase Gift Card

The Purchase Gift Card feature allows store staff to process gift card purchases for members. It works like a stored-value card or prepaid card, allowing members to buy a gift card for future spending or send it as a gift to someone else.
