Assign Voucher

The Assign Voucher feature allows store staff to add available vouchers directly to a member’s wallet. It is useful for giving free vouchers, campaign rewards, service recovery offers, or other approved member benefits.

Redeem Voucher

The Redeem Voucher feature allows store staff to redeem reward vouchers for a member using the member’s points or balance.

It allows staff to process reward redemption accurately and ensure the required points or balance are deducted from the correct member account.

Wallet

The Wallet feature allows store staff to manage a member’s vouchers. It allows staff to handle vouchers that can be used, view expired voucher details, and void vouchers when needed.

⚠️Important note⚠️: Voiding a voucher is useful when a voucher was assigned wrongly, is no longer valid for use, or needs to be cancelled for an approved reason. You may find the void feature in the ‘Can Use’ tab.
