Voucher Redemption

Customers can redeem their vouchers through various channels, such as a POS system, vending machines, in-app platforms, and more. They also have the flexibility to redeem rewards partially or opt for hybrid redemptions using a combination of points and vouchers. However, this will require IT configuration.

Redemption Panel Store User Setting

The Store User Role provides admin-level control for voucher redemptions. Eg, when a customer wants to redeem a voucher using a QR code, the store user can access the redemption panel to scan it. The backend system will then record details such as who processed the redemption and the branch where the user is located, ensuring accurate tracking and accountability.

Redemption Type

Vouchers can be redeemed through various methods, such as bar codes, QR codes, external QR codes, pin numbers, and more. Each unique code represents the voucher’s redemption process. Choosing the right method is essential to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Admin Panel Redemption Process

Merchants or brands can access the redemption panel by simply scanning the QR code presented by members to validate voucher redemptions and maintain records.

1. Log in to the Redemption Panel

Log in to the redemption panel for a specific user or branch. Each user is assigned a unique username and password.

2. Scan the Voucher QR Code

Use the redemption panel to scan the voucher QR code shown by the member for validation. Manual entry of the voucher code or QR code image upload is also supported.

3. Confirm Redemption

You may input receipt remarks to record the transaction and confirm the voucher redemption.

4. Successful Redemption or Error Message

A confirmation screen will appear for successful redemptions. If unsuccessful, an error message will be displayed.

5. Voucher Records

Upon successful redemption, the voucher records will be displayed for record-keeping purposes.
