Voucher Management System (VMS)

In KlikNGo VMS, vouchers redeemed by members are automatically sent to their wallet. Additionally, there are various ways for members to receive vouchers beyond points redemption. For example:

(i) Auto-assigned vouchers: Such as a Welcome Voucher, Birthday Voucher, and more.

(ii) Action-triggered vouchers: For actions like referring a friend or completing a profile. IT support is needed to automate voucher distribution based on customer actions like purchases, reviews, and abandoned carts.

These flexible options allow businesses to engage and reward their members in multiple ways.

Certain rewards and offers can be shown to specific members or customers. For example, existing members should not see the welcome voucher. Similarly, only “food lovers” can access the 50% OFF all food discount.

To enable this personalization, customer tags (identity) like “food lover“, “joined campaign“, or “complaint customer” need to be added to each member profile.

A Welcome Voucher is automatically distributed to a member’s Voucher Wallet upon signing up. This ensures new members are instantly rewarded and encouraged to engage with your brand.

When customers sign up as members, they automatically receive a 10% OFF shopwide voucher. It’s a simple way to attract more people to join!

The only difference is selecting “Welcome Gift” instead of “General” for the Product Type.

A Birthday Voucher is automatically sent to a member’s Voucher Wallet on their birthday, with a specified expiry date to encourage timely use. By default, the birthday voucher is sent either on the member’s birthday or during their birthday month. Any other customization beyond this will require additional configuration.

Members can enjoy a FREE coffee and cake as a birthday gift during their birthday month.
