Merchant Webapp Scan Feature

 

Store staff can search for a membership account, gift card, member card, or voucher by scanning a QR code. Besides scanning, staff can also enter the code manually or upload a QR code photo/file to identify the correct record.

After the correct record is identified, staff can continue with the related action, such as checking membership details, point adjustment, using gift card or member card balance, processing voucher redemption / void a voucher, or registering transactions.
