Gift Card Setup

The user experience of the gift card system is typically configured by the IT team, as it requires customization based on the specific needs and branding of each business. Once configured, the features are integrated using API connections.

Below are some key components of the front-end UI:

Gift Card Value

Members can select the desired value of the gift card to send to their friends or family. These values are usually preset in tiers—for example, $20, $40, $60, etc. The setup of these value tiers is handled by the IT team through system configuration.

Gift Card Deliverability

Gift cards can be delivered through various methods, with the most common being via phone number. The phone number serves as a unique identifier for the recipient’s account.

If you would like to change the gift card delivery method to alternatives such as email or username, please contact our IT team for further configuration.

Form submission

Form submission plays a key role in enhancing the gifting experience. Members may encounter different scenarios when sending gift cards, so customizable input fields—such as the recipient’s name for the “To:” section and a message box for birthday wishes or personal notes—can greatly improve the user experience.

These form fields, however, can only be configured by the IT team to ensure flexibility and proper functionality across different campaigns.

Gift Card Images

Visuals are an important part of the gifting experience. Merchants can assign specific images to different gift card campaigns to match the occasion—for example, a birthday-themed image for a birthday gift card.

Gift card images can be uploaded and managed directly through the backend system.
