Gift Card Invitation Report

[Customers > Accounts > Gift Card Invitation] This report provides detailed information on members who send gift cards to their friends. It includes the greeting message, gift card value (balance), transaction ID, expiration date, redemption time limit (Session Token Expiry Time), and the current status of each gift card.

Please note: By default, the recipient’s phone number is used as the primary identifier upon sign-up. If you wish to change this setting, please contact our IT team for further assistance with configuration.

Merchants can also export the data for further analysis or any other purposes.
