Introduction of Gift Card
A Gift Card is a digital card that carries either a cash value or a product that can be redeemed directly upon receipt. It offers a convenient way for members to share value or products with friends and family. There are two main types of Gift Cards:
(i) Cash Value Gift Cards: Members can purchase a gift card with a specific monetary value and send it to others. For example, a member can buy a $100 gift card for a friend, who can then use the $100 to make purchases within the brand.
(ii) Product Gift Cards: Members can purchase a gift card that includes a specific product. Once received and redeemed, the recipient can claim the product included in the gift card.
