Before setting up a user, we first need to set up user roles. This is where we manage which roles have access to specific features. Each user will be assigned to a role to control their access.

In the user settings, merchants can assign roles, which will determine the specific access permissions for each user. Additionally, merchants can set unique passwords for each user based on their role. This ensures that users from different departments cannot access each other’s accounts, maintaining privacy and security.
