Transactions & Messages

Merchants can track member activities, including transactions, point usage, and messaging. Each sub-tab offers valuable insights to better manage customer engagement and loyalty.

(i) Transactions: Track each member’s product purchase history, including order ID, Product, Amount Spent, Checkout Date and Time, and status. This helps merchants analyze purchase behavior and order patterns.

(ii) Messages: This section logs broadcast messages received by members. Replies from members cannot be viewed here. If you wish to handle replies, integration with an external messaging platform is required. Please contact our IT team for setup.

(iii) Point Transactions: Monitor how members earn, spend, or redeem points. This allows merchants to evaluate how well loyalty perks are being utilized. Points can also be added or deducted manually.
