Redeem Rewards Page
The Rewards Page allows members to redeem available rewards. Each reward must be configured with a corresponding Product and Offer in the backend system.
Rewards
Rewards must be created as vouchers under the Loyalty section in the left menu. The most commonly used types are product and discount vouchers. Once created, they will automatically appear on the Rewards Page.
Please ensure that the Store, Visibility, Begin Time, and End Time settings are correctly configured, as they directly impact the display of rewards.
