Member Profile Management

In this section we will explain the customer report and the import or export of the customer profile. 

Merchants can use the Customer Report to get an overview of their member base. The default dashboard includes key metrics such as Monthly new members, Gender distribution, Subscription status, Tier breakdown.

For any additional analytics or customized data views, configuration by the IT team is required.

If merchants already have an existing customer list, they can import the data into the CRM system. The import must be done using a CSV file in the required format.

Other than importing it as a list, you can also add a customer manually.

Merchants can export member data for reporting, backup, or external analysis purposes. The exported data will be provided in a CSV file format.
