The Family feature allows customers or members to link related accounts, enabling more personalized marketing and customer insights. This data helps both the system and the members understand the relationships between profiles—such as parent and child—and how they are connected.

For example, in the case of a baby milk product brand, a mother can create a profile for her baby to monitor their needs. Based on the baby’s profile, the system can recommend suitable products tailored to the baby’s stage and requirements.

On the backend, merchants can view the relationship between linked accounts. Typically, this information is provided directly by the members, and merchants will rarely need to make manual edits. The backend primarily serves as a reference record for managing customer relationships more effectively.
